In the first section Carlo De Paoli D.O. will introduce you to the structure of the spine and the main reasons behind common back problems. This section also contains detailed instructions on how to be aware of our posture and activities in order to minimize the possibility of back injury. In the following sections you will be shown various self-help techniques to massage, percuss and stimulate the lower back and neck areas. There is also a section to teach you a basic and safe back massage with advice on how to use of essential oils. |

There are also two in-depth sections on exercise. The first guides you through a routine to strengthen the spine. Indications and contraindications are clearly explained and it unfolds in a gradual, effective but above all safe manner. The second part concentrated on exercises for the joints that can also help to slow down the onset of some forms of arthritis and bring relief if present. Most joints of the body will be covered including elbows, knees, feet, ankles etc. |
