| The format of our massage and alternative medicine videos is the windows media video. The advantage of this format is that the video can be downloaded and viewed straight away on your pc. Also using the slider on your media player you can easily reach any chosen portion of the video. Most of you have already watched videos in the windows media player, if you haven't the samples provided with each video will clealry demonstrate the advantages of this format. Most videos have a broadband version and a modem version if you are on a slow connection.
Downloading
This is the quickest way to receive and view your videos. If you have a broadband connection an average video takes about 45 minutes to download. If you are on a slow modem connection it could take between two or three hours.
Resume
The best way to download videos is to have a download resume and acceleration software like gozilla or even better the free software 'download express', it takes only a couple of minutes to download and contains no adware. You can start and stop the download at will and resume it from where it was interrupted the last time.To download the free software click here.
Viewing the videos
We recommend that when you view the videos you go to 'skin chooser' in your windows media player and choose the compact mode. It will give you visualy a better viewing experience. You can also download the latest version of windows player version 10, it has superior sound and video quality. Once you have installed version 10 go to 'view' --> 'skin chooser' and select '9default series' and then 'apply skin'. To download click here
You can also watch the videos on your ipod or mp3 player if they are video compatible. Juts use the software provided by your manufacturer to convert them. Just sit by a tranquil medow and learn hundreds of bodywork and healing techniques!
Samples
Each video has a downloadable sample of around 2 - 3 MB, so you can have a clear idea of their format and quality before you purchase them. It will also protect us against fraudulent charge-backs.
